Christopher Highley

Dr. Christopher Highley has over 25 years of experience in the primary care medical space. Having worked on the front line of healthcare, in the trenches, Dr. Highley has garnered an acumen of skills at the point-of-care caring for patients of all ages and just about every conceivable problem. He is not only passionate about patient care, but optimizing the experience for both the doctor and the patient. He is especially skilled in developing a rapport with his patients, whom find him especially personable and willing to take the time needed to explain their medical conditions to their satisfaction.    As an early adopter of technology in delivery of medical care he has seen what works, and what doesn't.  From mastering CHCS in the military medical system in the late '90s, to setting up an EMR (Amazing Charts) within a group before others were willing to adopt in the early 2000's, to EMR champion (eClinicalWorks) in a multi-specialty group in 2008, he has experience in implementation and ongoing liaison support from a medical provider perspective.   Dr. Highley has merged his skills in primary care medicine and technology to bootstrap an ambitious startup in the telemedicine space. He launched Cirrus Medical Network, LLC (CirrusMED) in 2014 , a primary care physician (PCP) network where members retain a PCP online for a nominal monthly fee. Both consumers (patients) and small businesses benefit from  CirrusMED by saving on medical expenses by providing high quality tele-primary care using today's technology. All for less cost than a typical concierge physician and yet the benefit of of continuity of care for members.   Dr. Highley also has years of experience in internet marketing, SEO, WordPress, and web design. What started as a hobby blossomed into several web properties spanning from ecommerce, affiliate, small business, and the aforementioned startup CirrusMED.   A forward thinker, Dr. Christopher Highley is always looking to push the establishment with innovative and/or disruptive ideas.
